War in full force against Ebuke’s warriors
War saw a land amass of fallen Warriors and Watch Guards
He seemed excited and stirred yet at the same time delivered his words in laid back fashion. The boys were puzzled but most of all, they were hungry to hear more. Uppermost in their minds was the fearful forceful Dictator Ebuke of Thorsotania. Where was he? What would happen to the Thorsotate citizens over whom he governed. They shuddered thinking of their regimented lives. No colour, no relaxation within their dark “grey” days.
“The Cavenarean soldiers and Pettapede Army were in war with the enemy with vengeance. Startled cries pierced the cold black hills. They bounced back from the mountains. The Warriors were being tripped, tossed, turned, thrown and flung, as the invisible Pettapedes whipped their tails weaving in and out of the legs of the Thorsotate Army. Overwhelmed by the unknown, panic and uneasiness engulfed them
Ringing roaring snapping could be heard as the Zapper swords went into the attack.
The green murky haze was not a hindrance during the war between the Cavenarian Soldiers and Ebuke’sWarriors. Bright flashes of light bedazzled and startled the Thorsotate soldiers as the Squezo guns went into action. Popping sounds, and intense, resounded through the dark valleys.
Deep sleeping bodies were laying everywhere. The hundreds of Soldier Aids were working laboriously. They unarmed the Warriors and were helped by a newly acquired team of Squirrelmates. They could scamper along the tunnels with ease taking long lengths of rope to the Soldier Aids for trussing arms and legs ensuring there could be no escape. The Albitrocioussii were sweeping over them checking for any signs of disturbance, there to alert Sergeant Willison who would command his Army to deal with them swiftly.
Sleds, seemingly hundreds of them were piled with the comatosed Warriors. and Watch Guards. They were hauled to the tunnel entrance and dragged through by Soldier Aides and Forest Creatures. The strong grasping claws of the Albitrocioussii lifted them from the ground and carried them towards the opening under the hills.
Helped by the powerful Snackdors more Soldier Aids were at the ready to channel the bodies through the tunnels and back through to the once colourful peaceful Cavenarea. Squirrelmates scampered up and down the tunnel aiding wherever they could.
Without their beloved Shamoshelimyticleletite the land was almost as lifeless and grey as the land Ebuke ruled. The Amorite Little People had congregated in mass to help guard over them as they were transported and held within the temporary pound. The Shamoshiggins were stationed at the Thorsotanian entrance of the tunnels awaiting to deliver urgent messages at lightning speed to Head Minister Takute and his M.A.P.S Parliament. They were stationed at their headquarters, the Cavenarian Citadel.
The Forest Creatures, Soldiers Aids, with the Little People, obeyed instructions to build a permanent Keep using all the wood and rock they could find. Squirrelmates worked at speed back and forth, carrying rope, tools, and depositing where needed. They worked laboriously through sun up and sun down.
The Forest Creatures with their stature and strength could easily help split, pile and build up large boulders of rock. The Beastingbellers and the Humdinger Black Dogs used the OneCorns to divide and size up the rock and found no difficulty shaping it to manouvre one on top of the other. The Grininobles arms did well to carry the boulders helped by the Pigboys.
On recovering from their stupefied state, the Thorsotanian Drill Soldiers and Warriors were served rice and beans grown by the Little People in their very own fields. They poured honey and water into their mouths from hide holders, which had been made with their hands. Sometimes a little mature Cavenarian Mead was added if they started to become menacing and threatening. If the Warriors became too aggressive then they were at the mercy of another zap.
As the Cavenarian soldiers fought on within the cave tunnels, a platoon of Soldiers Aids were never far away. General Gallisum had ordered Sergeant Willison to separate soldiers to form a second battalion for when the time came to hunt down Dictator Ebuke.
The Thorsotate people had remained inside their cave dwellings their minds in turmoil. The sounds of fighting echoing deep down under the hills had shocked and unnerved them, mainly because they didn’t know what was going on. Where was their Dictator in all of this commotion…or had he been amongst them? But no, had he been part of it, they too would have been rounded up and exposed to the struggles of battle. The sounds of retaliating Thorsotate Warriors kept them hidden away, fearing for their wellbeing if ever they crossed the line by showing themselves to be less than loyal and faithful to their ruler.
The Thorsotate people were scared and very agitated by the spooked cries and commotion that could be heard from deep within the caves.
The Pettapede Army continued to weave in and out the scrambling Warriors upturning them. The Soldiers would come forwards rewarding them with the inevitable stun gun.
Eddie and Ollie were overseeing the actions of the soldiers in war. They were desperate to join in, but suddenly everything went quiet. What’s happened? they cried out
But Old Judas was near-by and the boys could feel the usual warmth enveloping their bodies as the old man bent over them and gently brought them back into the land of reality. The boys wanted Old Judas to carry on with his story, but Old Judas needed rest and the boys must go back home, have a good sleep, and he’ll see them the next day. Under protest and dragging their feet, they made their way out of the little clay homestead that was Old Judas’s castle. They turned and waved, and Old Judas became overcome with emotion, disbelief and wonder, at how these two precious boys had entered his life. It was magic.
