The things you dread
are visions in your head.
You don’t know until they arise.
What may have been before
May not be repeated at all,
Life can offer a complete surprise
The thing about dread
Is that you make your own bed
You are the one in control.
Dread is a feeling of awful anticipation
Facing obstacles with trepidation,
it’s up to if you let it take its toll.
So the big word DREAD
Can surely be said
Is an emotion destructive and worthless.
So get out of its hold
Be positive and bold
And make dread a word superfluous.
